200ml fresh lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
For the Drink (yields 850ml, enough for 10)

Directions
Making the Citrus Syrup: Put all the ingredients inside a saucepan, bring to a light boil, agitating until the sugar dissolves. Next, take off the stove allowing it to cool fully. Pour into a clean bottle, cap it and refrigerate it in the refrigerator, where it will keep for up to one month.
To make Premix: Pour the specified liquids in a big jug, let it rest for one hour, then filter it preferably using a fine cloth, making it completely strained.
When ready to serve: Add 85ml from the cocktail base into a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir lightly for about 60 seconds until cold. Strain into an frosted cocktail glass or similar, garnish with a few cranberries and finish using a brief mist of mandarin oil over the top.
